Another Experience of Prehistoric Proportions

Scraposaurs 2 is the sister exhibit to Dale’s original Scraposaurs traveling exhibit. Featuring Mrs. T, an 8-foot-tall T-Rex and 13 other prehistoric creatures forged from reclaimed materials, scrap metal and found objects, this exhibit blends creativity with imagination for a strong message about recycling, sustainability and environmental consciousness.

A celebration of creative reuse—bringing ancient ecosystems to life through salvaged parts, unexpected textures, and the kind of ingenuity that turns discarded pieces into extraordinary forms. Scraposaurs 2 includes unforgettable characters like George the Ground Sloth, the cleverly engineered Give Me A Brake, Jose the iguana, the graceful Leatherback Turtle, and Millie the ancient millipede.

You might spot A Pangolin Named Patt with its remarkable armor and  Waffleliz, a giant monitor lizard with a waffle iron head. Sawfish Jump the Wave and Shark! take you on a dive into the deep. Tatanka II stands proud as a reminder of the North American bison comeback. Tarantula turns heads while the 6 Vermin Friends roam the grounds. Manny, the woolly mammoth steals the spotlight, radiating “Ice Age” grandeur. Each creature sparks wonder while quietly reminding us that what we choose to reuse can help protect the world we share.

Come discover Scraposaurs 2—where big ideas are built from small scraps, and every creature invites you to imagine a more sustainable future.
