Call Me a Dodo
Stainless Steel Butterknife Blades & Mixed Metal
52" Tall x 36"Wide x 42" Long
350 lbs

Artist’s Fun Fact: I think the funniest thing about Dodo birds is their silly little wings which evolved on the remote Indian Ocean island Maurituis because there were no predators. Dodos descended from pigeon ancestors that arrived around 1,000,000 years ago. Dutch sailors discovered these flightless birds in 1598 and within 100 years the birds were extinct. "Call Me a Dodo" won't go extinct being made with 100 pounds of stainless steel butterknife blades.
This sculpture is available for lease.
