Artist Fun Fact: Three life sized dragonflies rest on a rebar tree. They have fused glass eyes made by glass artist Gerie Thelen. This sculpture makes me wonder what the mosquitos looked like!
Dragonflies
Like a moment frozen in time, this sculpture features three giant prehistoric dragonflies. Boasting 3-foot wide wing spans, they rest on the branches of a 10-foot tall tree made entirely of recycled rebar.
